In most cases, when an item displayed on our website is no longer available, either the item will not appear on the site at all, or a message indicating the item is Out of Stock will appear on the product detail page. In some cases, however, due to inventory fluctuation, items that appear to be available when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you as quickly as possible that your order cannot be fulfilled. That item will be cancelled, and you will not be charged for that item.
Pre-Ordering
You may be able to pre-order some items that are not yet available for immediate delivery. The Pre-Order message will appear on the product detail pages. A credit card is required for pre-ordered items, and your credit card will be authorized for the price of pre-order as a pending charge. However, we will not charge your credit card for the order until your pre-ordered item(s) actually get shipped.
IS YOUR DELIVERY LATE?
We work hard to ensure that you receive your order as promised. However, due to the high volume of orders we receive, we may not be able to ship your order on time. In such cases, you will be notified by email of the estimated delay.

A benefit of creating an account with Nocturne's is that you can view your order history at any time from the "My Orders" section of your account.
WHY IS MY ORDER SPLIT INTO PARTIAL SHIPMENTS?
We sometimes ship your favorite products from different locations, and to ensure that we get your products to you as quickly as possible, we sometimes need to split your order into 2 or more shipments.
In these cases, we will notify you that your order will arrive in multiple shipments. You will be able to track these shipments separately through the "My Orders" section of your account, or by searching for your order number and email address if you're a guest user.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR AN EXISTING ORDER?
We are unable to accommodate address changes after your order has been shipped.
However, if you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately and our customer support team will let you know if there's time to make the change before your order ships.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to multiple shipping addresses within the same order.
If you would like some items shipped to a different address, you can place two separate orders to different shipping addresses.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING, INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED?
If your order has been delivered and some items are missing or you have received damaged products, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.
